Is your oil collector making you break the law?

Make sure your waste oil is being managed and collected in accordance with new laws or you could face big fines.

From May 1st  if your oil is to be recycled into a fuel then that fuel must now comply with the EA End of Waste Quality Protocol specifications. If you produce waste oil you need to ensure it goes for recycling as a legally compliant fuel otherwise you, as the producer, will be liable to prosecution via producer responsibility and the Duty of Care.

Customer service and sales appointments at OSS

Chris Philpot has been appointed by the OSS Group as Sales Manager, responsible for all hazardous waste collection sales.

Jane Richardson, has been promoted to Service Delivery Manager. In addition to maintaining her current role she will now be responsible for service delivery for the company’s hazardous waste collection operations.
